Fortunately, the front desk receptionist told me I was eligible for support and educated me on my options! The nurse who helped me (Ran) was welcoming and friendly. And even my doctor (Megan) was polite and patient with all my questions. Clinics can sometime feel scary, or judgemental - but not here! I was helped promptly and in and out within an hour of my scheduled time! I would come back here!”

“Make sure you drink plenty of water the day prior to have a faster donation and do try to avoid fatty foods. I’ve been denied a few times over the years due to having too much fat on the blood test. Also try to switch arms every donation to ease the scaring process and buy vitamin E oil and place at least twice a day on the injection site. I’ve experienced a burning sensation on my right arm but my left has been painless”

“My husband and I just did their birthing class they offer. It was amazing, and not what we expected but in a good way! It was very informative and gave good information to not only help the mamas, but to help the dads too! Some of the topics covered are helpful things in the 3rd trimester, getting ready for birth, the process of labor, going home from the hospital, lactation consultant, pelvic floor specialist, and postpartum depression not only for the mom, but for dad too! I highly highly recommend take their birthing class! It is well worth the money! This interaction in the class alone (plus they allowed me to stay about 5 minutes afterwards to ask specific individual questions) which I got the feeling they would of stayed even longer if I wanted/needed to ask additional questions, solidified our decision of choosing them for our pediatrician. As first time parents, we are nervous, but after this class, I walked out with a lot more knowledge and confidence!”
