“Last November my father passed away...but in the year and half prior to his passing, he was going through dialysis at DaVita East. He hated the in clinic dialysis and was always stopping his dialysis treatment early. He choose to get the peritoneal placement for dialysis at home. Dr. Serna and the staff at DaVita East were a tremendous help and excellent support team for him during that last year. My husband and I learned from the nursing staff all we needed to know about hooking my dad up and taking him off the dialysis machine in the comfort of my dad's home. The support we received from Dr. Serna and the staff was immeasurable. We have been in contact with them since my father's passing with supplies (sterile) left over that they can use to train other patients and families with the peritoneal process of dialysis. We highly recommend Dr. Serna and the staff at DaVita East for peritoneal dialysis treatment.”

BUT, Kaiser has changed their communication system and my emails no longer get to my provider, being handled instead by a team who has never seen me. The continuity of my care is disrupted when I cannot communicate with my care giver. Making appointments, long, long hold times, lack of transparency has resulted in not recommending Kaiser to new family members.”

“This review is for LMT Dakota Jankovic, who I've been going to for massages for over 3yrs now. Highly recommend! He has had a very positive & direct impact on helping me turn around my physical conditioning from a low point when we first started, to this high point that we've reached now! - Dakota's very professional as he works with you to focus on your problem areas that require immediate attention & to develop a flexible plan to attack those areas with a variety of massages. Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, & Deep Tissue Massage have been the most beneficial for me. He alternates between them in some sessions, or may utilize just one, based on your feedback and your bodies response. Later sessions will branch out to include more muscle groups as you progress. - You will find yourself comfortable & at ease talking with him, which, when deciding on an LMT is very important. Clients being relaxed is key to a successful & beneficial massage, so the trust that develops allows for producing great results, and reinforces the teamwork that's always necessary between the therapist & client. I've gone from suffering deep knots in both my trapezius back muscles, limiting my exercise work outs, to now, where I see Dakota for overall body maintenance, & I'm able to exercise an hour a day, 5 days a week, tremendous quality of life improvements, which helps your mental health as well! I'll say again, I highly recommend Dakota and you will as well!”

“Going here to see the door, the medical center is not as complicated as you think, the space is not big, but it is very clean and comfortable, and not many people come to see you on weekdays! (I heard that people here rarely see a doctor, the cost is high)! Friendly caregivers and staff, explain the information to be filled out and assist with the completion! Next, Dr. Yang will see the doctor. The doctor will explain every detail very kindly, that is, let people understand what he means and achieve the situation that both sides understand, so as not to make mistakes!”

“I took my 2 year old here today for the PCR testing. She was tested at 9:30AM and we had her results by 7:30PM. Covered by our insurance. Testing was done outside from the car and everyone that helped us was very nice. We were there for 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Perfect for international travel or if you need quick PCR results.”

“Barb from Womens Excellence in West Bloomfield is awesome! I loved having her as my Midwife. She's very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I enjoyed going to all of my appointments. I originally started at Royal Oak Women's Excellence. When the West Bloomfield office opened, Barb went there and I followed her even though it was an additional 20min out of the way. I ended up giving birth in the car and my husband was a little freaked out. She stayed on the phone with him for a little and made him feel much better about the whole situation. I always recommend Barb to everyone I know, she is the best!”
