She is kind, caring, professional, and goes the extra mile to make my kids feel comfortable. She answers all of my questions. “This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been admitted into due to an emergency I had 10 years ago and a recent one just last week. I suffered a couple facial fractures, a brain hemorhage and a busted open eye due to a skating accident and everyone from the doctors to the radiologist, to the nurses and caretakers treated with me with care and concern and in a very friendly manner. I was particularly happy with a 35 year old Asian nurses aid named Kate. She was kind, friendly, funny...the best. This Hospital deserves no less than a 5 start rating both times I''ve been admitted.”

“Great first time experience at Planned Parenthood - Rice Street. From beginning to end, I felt very understood and cared about. The scheduler saved my butt and was able to squeeze me in same day, and I was able to get what I needed and get out within the hour. Both the nurse and provider was kind, answered all of my questions, and I felt no judgement whatsoever from anyone at the clinic.
