“When my prescription for my CPAP machine was placed, I spoke with them and they said 7-10 days. It took almost a month. When I did call to follow up, I held on for 11 minutes before someone came on the line to tell me again it would be 7-10 more days. Really? The lady that helped me when I went in to pick up the machine was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, hence the 4 and not less.”

“I just want to say Kindred Hospital is the BEST. My mother has been at Kindred for 5 months and they are doing a fantastic job. My mother is is the glue to our family so to have her away from us is very hard. Kindred makes sure we videochat her the make sure she is comfortable and they treat her like she is family. My neurologist is also in this same building and between the both of them, my chronic headaches and upper body/neck pain that I’ve had for 15 years is nearly gone with continued treatment (and NO pain pills!). “The dental employees at Diamond Health center were amazing. I had a wisdom tooth extraction today and Jose Juarez was very kind and helpful as he was preparing me to see Dr. Phillip Rodney (I believe that was his last name). The Dr. was amazing and funny. I dislike going to the dentist very much and when he introduced himself and asked how I was I said I was nervous.. he then continued to say that it was okay and then did some magic tricks and made jokes.. I felt like a little kid again and I am 29 years old. He really helped me relax and keep my mind busy with a different conversation that had nothing to do with the procedure. He also talked me through what he was going to do and all of a sudden he was Done! I was amazed how it didn’t hurt at all. I’ve had really bad dental experiences and this is honestly the 1st time I enjoyed it. 100% painless!!!!!”

“My room was adequate and my bed was fixed up nice everyday. The nursing staff was pleasant and sweet, very professional looking. The food was of good standards. Every meal looked nice! The food tasted good but needed some more seasoning, but I know everyone on different diets. All the therapy team was really a bunch of nice people. They did what needed to be done to better my health and take care of myself with walking. My doctor was ok and took the time to answer questions. I would recommend this facility for any who needs rehab and they will take good care of you!”
