“The baby place staff is amazing and the facility isn't bad. My wife had both our daughter here and everyone was kind and thoughtful and attentive during our stay. The only reason I took one star off is the health care advocate that showed up our second day of limited sleep asking for 5700 dollars. Also the paperwork they showed my wife and I didn't have the correct procedure and was for labyrinth followed by an emergency c-section. We had a schedule c-section. Moral of the story I felt this person came into our room under the disguise of being our health advocate but was really a collection agent for the hospital taking advantage of new sleep deprived parents.”

“What can I say to describe the experience without belittling the amazing support staff, nurses and every single person I met and interacted with in my 3 day stay. The facility in itself is very clean and very well maintained. My room had everything I needed and everything worked as expected. Dr. Breed saved my life and for that I’m forever grateful. The staff was just amazing by doing all they could to provide comfort and make my stay as pleasant and easy as possible. While the circumstances of my stay were not cheerful, the care, patient and constant attention from everyone, made my stay a positive experience. The fact I’m still alive also helps. I’m thankful and grateful for their incredible professionalism and care. In an unfortunate case, I will surely return.”

Nursing staff was very professional.Given a CAT -scan and 23 stitches. Thorough aftercare instructions were also given upon discharge. Highly recommend DeGraff and would not hesitate to return if services were needed.”
