“Hi, my name is Kimberly and Dr.Rice performed surgery on my left hip in September of 2019. I had been in mild discomfort for almost a year and major pain for several months when I landed at Dr. Rice's office for my first visit after getting a MRI. The surgery was a major success and between the guidance from Dr. Rice and the fantastic physical therapists I'm completely healed and actually better than before the surgery!! No more pain, no limping around, it's such a huge relief to be able to walk around pain free and it's ALL because of the great medical professionals that work with Dr. Rice. “Without putting my daughter's personal details on this review it will be difficult to explain why I feel the way that I feel about this facility. Other parents reading this just remember that I have very good reasons for my goals and concerns for her well being. Let me start by saying that she was definitely there after an IVC order and this was not our first rodeo. With new doctors I don't usually expect instant or lasting results and sometimes a new doctor can make things worse because they aren't familiar with the details of her history that make her unique. Strategic gave her real care that was incredibly appropriate and specific to her. Last night an emergency concern came up and it was addressed incredibly quickly with a common sense solution that amazed me. I am writing this review because a lot of places have a cookie cutter response to mental health but that doesn't work in an industry that handles kids that are already out of the mold to be there in the first place. Strategic is amazing for being able to effectively even treat her when a lot of things that help other kids tend to cause her to escalate. As a parent I also appreciate that even though I don't claim to be an expert in child psych I do know everything about my kid and they listened to it all. Every opinion I have on her they let me tell them and also let me tell them why I formed that opinion. This place absolutely focuses on real behavioral improvement and I honestly read these reviews and all I see is that the former patients obviously didn't kill themselves and must show improvement seeing that they are no longer institutionalized and have the freedom to use the internet. If we ever go through this process again I will absolutely cross my fingers for this placement again.”

“Very good Urgent care - I do recommend this facility. My only concern is that there wasn’t any way to clean door handles and prior person could be going in for COVID test. If there were wipes or hand sanitizer to use before you grab the door handle it would really help decrease risk . I work in health care so Im used to being really good about this but I watched some other people come in and not use the hand sanitizer by receptionist . It would help to remind people if it was next to front door too. Thank you for your excellent care .”
