“This is embarrassing for me but I’ve dealt with chronic constipation for over a month now and I’ve been to so many doctors in the area and finally one night I couldn’t take the pain so I was brought to this hospital and let me tell youuuu they were AMAZING!!! first of all they were making me laugh and feel comfortable while I was in so much pain, they ran many tests to find out the issue and making sure nothings too serious (thank god it wasn’t), they gave me medicine for my pain which was heavenly, and then they sent me home with medication and a list of foods to eat and stay away from, and finally TODAY after almost 2 months, im back to being healthy!! now it’s my turn to make sure this doesn’t happen again! 😅 eat fiber, stay hydrated, and light exercise!! 🥳🥳🥳”

The Dr's are really limited to 30 minutes or less with each patient, so make sure you write down your questions and concerns. “My experience at this VA facility was absolutely amazing. It began at the Emergency Room, which is known as the Urgent Care for some reason, and continued through some tests in the morning. For a first hospital experience, it was great. The doctors and nurses were all very professional and friendly. They made me feel like they actually care. This was somewhat frustrating, in hindsight, because I have never left a regular VA appointment and felt like I have received care, & have usually left with more complaints that when I arrived. I wish I could receive all the care I need from these doctors & nurses, especially Nurse Jackie on the third floor – SHE IS AWESOME! The campus is very beautiful and quiet. I was surprised at how quiet the entire hospital was. The halls weren’t crowded at all. Maneuvering the hospital was a bit problematic, but I had to just get the hang of layout and the oddball floor numbering. If this place was not over a hundred miles away from me, I would go there for everything.”

“Absolutely amazing!! Dr Williams and his team were professional, caring and completely upfront and knowledgeable about my BTKR. I had been in agony for 15+ yrs with end stage osteoarthritis. My physical ability was so poor, 20 mins walking through the store was excruciating. Let alone trying to participate in any physical activities I used to enjoy was impossible. At 4 months I was able to hike in a wooded area with no marked path. At 10 months post op, I went back to a modified physically demanding job after 10 yrs. There are things, such as running that will never be possible for anyone having knee replacements. Therapy is completely a self discipline. You will work with therapists that will teach you how to thrive through recovery but you must do the work yourself. There are no shortcuts in therapy. However Dr. Williams was pleased with my recovery. My strength, mobility and ability to function came back with time but Dr Williams, and his team, were always ready with answers for whatever questions or concerns I had. The surgery itself took about an hour and a half. Although methodical and precise with doing my knee surgeries, he was very skilled in completing the operation, to me, in amazingly fast amount of time. I fully appreciated his technique and abundant experience. I have/had no reservations about his capabilities to treat, operate as my orthopedic surgeon. He has an excellent bedside manner and direct but kind in his demeanor, not cocky or dismissive. He gave me my life back!! There are no words to express the amount of gratitude I have for Dr Williams. I highly recommend his practice for anyone with an orthopedic need. Sincerely, Mrs Chris Kilbourne Owens”

She explained everything so well and even informed us of some things that we hadn't thought about. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her sessions with my mother. The OT was good too, but I don't remember his name. Most of the nurses were very kind and patient with mom. I'll come back later with names of the ones she thought was 5 star!”

“This is not an urgent care. It operates like an ER but BETTER! Myself, & my daughter have utilized SignatureCare (3 times) and each visit: Admittance was swift, with excellent care and service provided. This facility offers everything an ER does, their ultrasound service is outsourced (aka: mobile) not on site. My experience was for pneumonia. THANKFULLY, the staff’s diligence found a gallbladder issue, ordered an ultrasound (which arrived in no time) and I was transferred to North Cypress H. (For surgical procedures) As SignatureCare ER isn’t set up for such critical care. I am grateful to all staff for their courteous professionalism.”
