“Long wait times, but it is nice to be able to schedule same day or weekend appointments for common issues instead of waiting a week or two to see your regular OB. Unfortunately, you have to have reasonable expectations when visiting these Planned Parenthood clinics which are woefully underfunded. YES, the front desk staff is horrible, but the NPs, doctors and physicians are amazing, kind and helpful. I'm willing to take customer service trade offs to support a clinic that provides very important services to the undeserved.”
