“I visited this ER in severe pain. There was no wait time. Everyone was so helpful. Every nurse, aid and Dr I saw, made certain ensure my visit was as pleasant as possible. This is a stand alone ER. I did have to be transported to another facility for further treatment. But this also moved quickly. All results and images were sent with me. Even as I left, everyone who we passed wished me well. This is an excellent stand alone facility. The doctors are thorough, the nurses were knowledgeable and all tests were done efficiently. I would highly recommend”

My physical therapist, Michelle Carter, has made more progress with my back/hip/pelvic pain in a couple months than I've had in nearly 20 years from other physical therapists, doctors, and specialists, because you can't always drug, stretch and strengthen your way out of pain. She uses multiple modalities to help and she LISTENS!!! She has helped to change my life for the better and I will always be thankful.”

“I've been going here for at least a decade. They go through providers pretty quickly, and sometimes, the wait time sucks; however, this is because the providers are providing quality care. They really take the time to listen and let you be an active member of your own medical choices. There is a lab on-site. They will drug test you (unsupervised) immediately if prescribed a controlled substance.”

“I was referred to Dr. David George at Texas Oncology in Kyle. Dr. George is a specialist focusing on Oncology and Hematology. I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Making my appointment was super easy. I received a phone call from Adrian who explained everything about the appointment process. He e-mailed me all the paperwork to have completed before my appointment. Then he confirmed Dr. George was in network with my insurance. When I arrived to my first appointment to meet with Dr. George I was greeted by Tina who was wonderful. I had a lot of questions about the paperwork. Tina took her time talking to me and was great. I had to have blood work done and Irene was fantastic! She did a great job getting my blood quickly and on the first try. Then I met the MA Jennifer who I felt like was my homegirl. She was very professional but she was so easy to talk to. Dr. George came in and his bedside manner was great. He explained everything and gave me peace of mind. He did tell me that I would need to get an iron IV. Shannon and Nicole were the infusion nurses and while they had a difficult time finding my veins (my veins always make nurses work for their money honey) they were patient and got it done. I have spoken with Eliza multiple times and she is always so pleasant and Anisa who was great. Overall I am so happy to be treated at this location. I feel like everyone was so compassionate and kind. Great staff here. I highly recommend this location and Dr. George.”

“Dr. Maldonado-Garcia is very compassionate and caring, she is incredibly knowledgeable and also relatable. She gave me a referral to a specialist after I requested it; which was very easy to set up as the office looked for a specialist that would work with my insurance on my behalf within a few days and I was able to extend it with ease, since I was never able to visit the specialist until after the original referral expired. Deborah Soto, the nurse practitioner is an amazing provider. I had scheduled an emergency appointment and she saw me on such short notice when my PCP was unavailable. She is very thorough, she really cares and takes her time and listens to you. Her bedside manner was amazing. Overall, she is one of the best providers I have ever been to. It is convenient that the office has many in house services, like they are able to do blood work for labs and they have an ultrasound technician, etc. The medical assistants are all very experienced, friendly and professional. Excellent phlebotomy skills. It is very easy to make an appointment, they have a call center with people - my favorite is Mercedes, whenever I speak to her she is always very positive, well-informed, helpful and kind! My only qualm with this office is like many other medical offices, the wait times are incredibly long. It is a very, very busy practice. The staff at the front desk are sometimes not the nicest, but they seem short staffed and over-worked so I don't blame them.”

“Everyone at the Jefferson office was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind so that I could leave a little later for my appointment. The doctor and technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. I’m terrified of needles and they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. They have great bedside manner! Would highly recommend!”
