“I went here today for the first time ever. The doctor was very helpful and explained my x-rays to me. He did an excellent job adjusting my back and neck. He helped teach me some stretches to help ease the pain in my lower back. I felt like he really cared. I didn't feel rushed out the door. What's really awesome is after your first scheduled appointment, you have the ability to just walk in any time during their hours of operation to get adjusted so no more appointments are necessary after the first one! That is super convenient. They have Saturday hours too! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a positive experience with a chiropractor who actually cares and takes the time to explain things to you”

“I've been getting infusions for my Sjogren's Syndrome since 2008. The infusion center has gone through some remodeling over the years, which have been improvements for both patients and staff. All of the staff there are so helpful and friendly. The hospital stopped having lunches sent to the infusion center, I guess due to sensitivities and allergies to food.”

“I've been seeing Dr. Propes for a few years and the results and treatments have been nothing but the best. I started with really bad visible varicose veins and leg pain, and I have had great relief from my pain from all of the treatments. “The wait was incredibly long, and I joked to my husband that if the mass in my breast wasn't cancerous when I walked in, it sure is by now. But, when I was finally seen by a technician, she made the nerve-wracking process as comfortable as she possibly could and maintained professionalism while doing so. The radiologist, too, took his time explaining the results to me and and answered all of my questions, of which there were many. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and attentiveness, and it certainly explained the wait that left me frustrated prior to my interactions with these professionals.”

“Honestly, I don't understand what the other low ratings are about...first off if this is your first pregnancy it's up to YOU to do your personal research and read books/mags about pregnancy theres info on line and apps for your phone. The docs are not professors or teachers and won't be giving you lessons or detailed info on how a baby grows for each week/mth during your visit, their main purpose is to make sure baby is healthy and growing and you are okay, so sign up for the many pregnancy expectancy classes and WIC may be able to direct you or help answer yr questions. I have no problems with listening to my baby's heartbeat and getting measured it shows ME that my baby is okay (it's my 3rd preg and that's all you get pretty much) You WILL NOT be seen at the time they give you. This is not a VIP service where you're in and out at the exact time you chose your appt so be prepared to wait up to 20-30 mins to be seen (sometimes less or more make yr appts in the AM if possible to beat the crowds). Dr. Berman is highly requested and he has a lot of patients as well as Dr. Ngo. I had a diff time getting referred to Dr. Berman from leaving HIGH DESERT MEDICAL HELL (my review is there) but now that I've been going I have had nothing but positive things to say...the staff is nice and professional except for prob one person. And Dr. Berman has been so good to us thus far and HAS ANSWERED any questions or concerns I may have...Note: if you're on MEDI-CAL you don't have many options for good docs when yr preggo or otherwise. If you want exclusive service then pay the big bucks and go to Kaiser.”
