“I am trying to add insurance on a new car purchase, I am a current customer,BUT, if they go home early on a Friday and don’t come back until Monday; what good are they, I even tried calling their personal cell phone number, no answer. Obviously they don’t follow customer service guidelines. AN UPDATE: due to my iPhone 7 Plus having problems receiving voicemails once they are created, I received a voicemail almost an hour and a half after the fact. I still give them four stars since customers on weekends should be able to reach them when needed; we will continue to use them as our agency for our autos and home insurance; no thanks to Apple’s crappie devices.😡”
