“ Updating rating from 1 to 4 stars. Got a call from BRC manager explaining their side of situation and they acknowledged that communication regarding delay could have been better from their side. After reading other reviews, situation I faced looks rare so I don't want to go too harsh on rating for one off situation especially when I know their side of the story now. BTW, I also received the item I ordered. Called them to check if they have a particular item in stock. They said yes. Went to their store in next 30 mins. They said "No we don't have the item in stock" so ordered item I was looking for by paying 100% in advance after they gave expected delivery date in 15 days. It is now 35 days since full payment and item is not yet arrived.”

They have workshops and do readings, not to mention selling books that aren't sold in your average book store! There's a LOT to say about this place, Tom greeted us as we walked through the door and we had a very pleasant conversation! The artists make sure you love your placement and design and make sure to check on you throughout the process. Maintenance is great - they take care of maintenance requests on the next business day every single time. I understand others' concerns about parking, but I really think that's a product of the location. I pay for a covered parking spot so I've never had an issue.”
