I walked in his business ten minutes to closing with two iMacs one I had wiped clean and needed to restore and other that I had forgot the password on. Instead of being rude or turning me around his employee, myself and he worked diligently together to get my password reset and my other Mac installed. And I was able to get a loan on both. After having a very bad run in with Mercury Pawn this man made my day much brighter. He was able to take my macs in and give me a great deal with a very low interest rate. I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both.
