“I have a VERY thin and dainty rose gold necklace my boyfriend gave me, while putting my hair up I broke the chain. My mom took it to one place by BJs that soldered it together using silver. Not only did it look awful, but it was clunky, would scratch my neck because it was not a smooth job, and was VERY noticeable. I brought it here and they needed to repair two areas. Each fix was $15 and is so well done! My only complaint is that it took a really long time (nearly a week) but the customer service was amazing. Update: holding strong! I loved the work they did on my necklace!”

“In this industry it is hard to find a friendly tattoo/piercing shop to be honest, most of us have had a bad experience. After years of trying different shops I have found mine for piercing. I have not gotten a tattoo here but had a piercing changed out and she was very quick with her work and very kind and patient. I had a question about a different piercing and she didn't mind explaining things and offered to order what they didn't have in shop, two things never done when I've inquired about that piercing. I've had way worse wait times and an almost never ending string of bad luck with rude and entitled people. Great price on my captive bead and fitting. Didn't try to up-sell me. Great people, will be going back and recommending.”
