“Black Friday (Thanksgiving day, actually) review. They were giving out coupons to everyone who entered ($10 to $500 coupons, but everyone I spoke with, about 100 people, all got the $10 coupon, and no higher, so not sure there were actually higher values). The prices on what we went there were very good. The first line we stood in to purchase the items was the upstairs cashiers in the center of the store. There was a line, but they were FAST! I emphasize fast because... We then went downstairs to get a few more items. This was the SLOWEST checkout I have ever seen. The cashiers were just slow. Mind you, they were pleasant and helpful, just very slow. There were 8 people in front of us, and 45 minutes later, it was finally time to pay. Upstairs we waited about 3 minutes, and there was 6 in front of us there. So, just know this going in, and enjoy the conversations with everyone, since you will have plenty of time for it!!!”

I told her the reason for my visit and she didn't waste any time helping me with what I needed. As we waited she invited me to look around the store and it is truly a beautiful location. Then she directed my attention to the brightly lit pink neon sign and with a certain sense of pride, told me the history of the sign and what it meant to the store and the people there. As the sign served as a reminder from an era when customer service was first and foremost of every business, the folks at Koser jewelers keep that spirit alive and maintain that dedication to excellence and creating an amazing experience for all their guests! I would recommend taking the "Best of Lancaster Jewelry store 2019" and removing the year because what Koser Jewelers has created has set the standard by which all jewelry stores should be measured!”

The second piercing hurt her a lot I never heard her cry like that since she is such a calm adorable baby but within 2 min he stopped and never cried or fussed about them again. The lady who did them was very precise and kind as well so all in all I say it went as best as it could have! The picture was 5 min later and she looks so pretty and happy!!”
