“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chem Dry of the Triad. I have had them out to take care of pet stains on my carpet a couple of times in the last year. Always on time, professional and they get the carpet so clean! The first time I called them, another carpet cleaning company had come out to clean my carpet. They did a really poor job and hit a pet stain that had no odor before they cleaned the carpet. I was panicked because the odor was horrible! I called Chem Dry of the Triad and they came out the next day (week of Thanksgiving) and took care of the carpet odor. I will never use another company. I have been fortunate to have Gray as the carpet cleaner each time.He is a true asset to the company!”

He quoted me a price and once we moved the safe we found we had another issue that required more work. Steve was very patient with me as we were trying to load the safe and while he was there waiting he actually just took the initiative to fix the extra problem and did not charge extra.
