“I ❤ this laundromat! The attendants here are very nice and go out of there way for their customers. I remember a time when I had to ride my bicycle here( with a trailer attached) in the pouring rain! Just as I got there my hitch busted and it took me a minute to get in. Well there last wash I at 8pm and I think I got there at like 8:05 the lady at first told me no it was too late but when she saw me with my bike and trailer she went ahead and allowed it as long as I was out by 9pm sharp. I was so relieved as my husband and I were homeless and camped in the woods. I had absolutely no clean clothes, and worse no cold weather close and the temp was expected to drop. Plus I had rode there in the pouring rain as I explained. I was grateful she allowed me to come in. Plus I have friends that have had awesome experiences as well Added bonus: The dryers are free and because it's fairly newer the washing machines are new and very clean”

“Very tidy and straightforward laundromat. As a bonus, this location is the only one I've come across that has card readers at almost every machine at this point (washer and dryer) to startup. The contactless feature is down at the time of this review, there was a notice it's in progress of being worked on. But that's still a plus to not have to deal with exchanging cash for quarters. It does get a little tight as there's just one aisle on the washer side and dryer side but generous counter space for folding on site is available. Overall I think the conveniences outweigh the few cons, great place overall and would come back again.”

There were only maybe 3 or 4 machines not available for use. But they have plenty of other machines available. Their machines are also labeled according to how big of a load can fit in the dry/washer. Very nice place to do laundry.”

“Antoinette at Touch of Elegance is the Real Deal. She has created and altered costumes for the NYC Ballet for years and is still actively connected to that scene. Recently I was searching for someone in north Bergen county to help alter an evening gown (with 2 weeks to spare!), and Antoinette made it happen. She does incredible handwork and has a french dry cleaning service, which I am going to be using, as well, for all of my performance pieces. “I am here on Christmas to do 7 loads of laundry (almost everything we have) because our pipes bursted. This laundry mat is open and available for use and I’m really grateful! It is not very clean in the facility itself, but all of the washers and dryers seem wiped out and clean. The loads are super fast too! I had to do a couple rounds for the dryer cycles, but it only takes about 15 minutes for each cycle. For my first time at a laundry mat, I am very content with what this places offers. Best part: you can pay for the washer machines via an app on your phone!”

“Tide cleaners does a pretty good job. I have been taking my clothes there for a few years now and have always been pretty happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, well at least most of the time, and the turn around on the cloths is very fast. I live the drop off service! Fast and convenient. One criticism. Several times I received my shirts back pressed weird. Not every shirt, just a few of them and it’s not every time. Meaning, I get the shirts back and some of them will have the shirt collar pressed crooked, or with a huge wrinkle in it. Or there will be a huge wrinkle right down the front of the shirt. It looks like whom ever pressed the shirt, loaded it in the machine and didn’t make sure the shirt was perfectly flat or the seams were lined up straight before they pulled the top of the press down. Resulting in the shirt being pressed crooked or “weird”. I have told them about it a few times and it seams to get better for a while and then I’ll start to see it again. That May seem like a minor issue, and I acknowledge that it probably is, but I don’t always have time in the morning to pull out the iron and fix it. It won’t stop me from taking my cloths here because the positives outweigh this small issue”

“I’m from out of town traveling in our RV. Stopped here and was more than impressed. The owner, Bridgette, was so friendly and helpful. I started to put my laundry in one size washer and she recommended a different one and explained why. Then she showed me a new “contraption” that spins the clothes even more. For $0.50 I couldn’t believe the difference. I wish all laundromats had this. We asked about the area and she took the time to talk to us, even though it was obvious she was very busy. She suggested some places to go. I highly recommend this laundromat. Oh…there is a car wash which my husband used while I was doing wash and she even has a tanning bed! It was very clean as well.”

“9/26/2022 I very rarely give 5 star reviews for any place I review BUT this place has earned those stars from a 1st time customer. I usually go to Maytag Laundromat on Alex Bell Rd. West Carrollton but they continually go up on prices without the benefit of new mahines. And they actually lessened the drying time by 1 min. but kept the price the same. I've been looking for another 'mat to visit. I'VE FOUND IT!!!! I believe this place stays open until 9 p.m. but don't quote me on it. There is plenty of parking. Nicely lit inside. Upon entering I noticed the place was extremely clean!!! They have a plethora of front loading washing machine all different sizes & prices and the same for the dryers. NOT A SINGLE ONE OUT OF SERVICE!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Plenty of seats, 2 bathrooms & overall I'm impressed!! Sorry Maytag on Alex Bell rd. YOU'VE LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER!!!!
