“Below is my original post, which i would like to update as follows: After posting my review, i was contacted by Mr. Sacino, who was unaware of my complaint. He took it upon himself to personally look into my issue and was persistent with his follow up. Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer. Original post: I used Sacino's on the advice of a friend. I used the delivery service and within the 1st 3 deliveries a $400+ dress was missing. When I called to alert them, I was told the dress was delivered and the driver specifically remembered delivering the dress. When I pointed out that several other articles of clothing had been delivered and questioned how the driver could remember a particular dress among those items, I was told to "calm down" and someone would look into my issue. I was then told the dress was obviously stolen from the front door of my high rise, secure building downtown. while I was open to discussing the very remote possibility the dress was stolen from my front door, no one ever followed up and it's been weeks. I will never use them again.”

This is not only the world's largest but very likely the world's best laundromat. Last week I had laundry service done here. The clothes were ready to pick-up the same day. Everything came out clean and folded neatly. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place.”

“Mike and Andy are terrific!! I had some specific requests of their services. Including cleaning carpeted rooms, 2 flights of carpeted stairs and upholstery. Whenever I posed questions, I received a positive, no problem, can do attitude!! How refreshing!!! Haven’t had such success with other carpet cleaning companies. Andy even offered to return in a few days if the stubborn stains on my stairs didn't go away! The stains DID go away without a second visit! However, just to know they would come back at NO charge gave me great peace of mind! I will be ALWAYS be a very faithful customer!”
