When it came time for us to change the handles/hardware, we automatically called them. This time the owner would come out. At first, we had to contact him a few times because he forgot our appts or couldn't make it out in time. When he did come, there was an error in the color of the hardware, which he quickly worked to fix for us. He was cool plus he had good taste in music. Good service.”
