“The on site manager was very nice and helpful. He did what ever he could to make our stay comfortable. The residents that lived there were very nice as well. My husband and I aren't afraid of people we don't know, we're cautious, but give respect where we want to receive it. The pool was very clean the rooms were okay, outdated, but clean. We thought we were getting a large kitchen, but it worked. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, it's not, but it works. The location to the beach was great and not too far from local stores and restaurants. The Casino was about 15-20 minutes away. Plenty to do when catching an urber. No kids though... not the place. We stayed May of 2021”

“Fun time staying here. I like the combo of old cabin (living room) and updated space (kitchen, etc.) Good views out the kitchen. Has most/all of the normal stuff you'd need at home, so seems more like a home than an airbnb. Quiet and pretty, and some deer, actually feels like you live in the mountains, not at some ski resort. But still close enough to skiing if that's your jam. Will be back.”

They have all the amenities plus on-site propane fill, kids playground, game room, laundry, gym and a fantastic restaurant next door! Maybe to good, so I booked a single night, after I checked in I added 3 more. Great place, the morning lady at the front desk is warm and cheerful. Possibly an owner as she actually seemed like she cared. Great value for the money.”

“The view from this gorgeous unit is fantastic. The condo is perfectly clean and 5min from the best beaches in the US. A previous review mentions the smell. The Causeway smells like that because of algae bloom. It is not the condo. Just shut the windows and enjoy a beautiful condo, with an awesome view, and an arm's length away from white sand beaches. We will definitely be back.”

“My first contact was with Mack who was very accommodating / flexible with the dates I wanted to stay at the hotel. My second contact was Alejandro who greeted me with open arms. Made sure my room was ready and comfortable. He was always available for any questions. Rooms are clean and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is an experience in itself - your imagination will take you back to the gold rush days. Last but NOT LEAST - this hotel is connected to one of the BEST family restaurants I have ever been to. Burke Family Restaurant has the best SERVICE and FOOD you will ever experience. Plus - meet Dennis at the piano in the bar, what a guy. He can manage those ivories like Beethoven and is accompanied by one of the best saxophone players ever. Stay at the Ione Hotel and enjoy Ione - best experience ever. Toby”

“Trina and Cello are truly so amazing and helpful. If I could give them six stars I would. Their place is admittedly small, but it is cozy and for the price it is a complete steal. I saved a lot while staying with Trina and a Cello, and I enjoyed my time here. I leave in a couple days but I’ve been here for the past few and they have been absolutely lovely to me and so kind! Wonderful hosts, tasteful and well cared for home, and a good location to commute from.”
