This man was very accommodating and gave us no hassle about both of us having service animals in one room which was nice because even in high end hotels where hundreds are spent I've been hassled despite federal laws that allow it. We got to the room and it was quaint, clean and cozy but mostly fit the need we had. Absolutely no issues and check out was a breeze.”

“We were visiting family in Cartersville. We had reserved a room at a different hotel. When we arrived the hotel had given our room away. We had a reservation. My wife in handicap and requires a room with a roll in shower. They offered a different room with a tub and bench. This would not work. They left us with no other options. We started calling around and we found Hilton Garden Inn. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Hilton Garden Inn was able to find us a room that meet our requirement. We were told to ask for Anthony Jr. when we arrived. Anthony knew all about our situation and had everything in motion as we arrived. The room was great. It had a roll in shower as we requested. The hotel was a great place to stay. Great service. Very clean. Breakfast was great. They made great Belgian waffles to order. My wife commented that this is one of few places that cooked the bacon correctly. Bottom line I highly recommend that if are in need of a hotel in Cartersville, GA choose Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville.”

“Our time here was so pleasant - the place is small, but functional, and very clean. On arrival, there was a fresh pack of coffee beans in the freezer - nice touch, fresh coffee every morning. The fresh eggs and vegetables were very welcome, and the non-intrusive management was responsive to all needs. Just chill, and enjoy the birds on the seed feeder outside the bedroom window waking you up in the morning, and the deer in the field to the north nibbling on grass in the evening. #fidofriendly but be aware that the perimeter is not secure...”

The water pressure is great and you can do laundry at their facilities, which is a God-send when you’re traveling with a toddler and pets.
