I'm sure during covid they were overwhelmed and it's hard to give your best service under those conditions so I'm sure that was the reason for the bad reviews. . I was in excruciating pain and needed an EKG. To my surprise everyone was wonderful! I forget the NP last name but her first name is Jamie. She was great. Very understanding and kind. EKG was good and we discussed medication to help. The next day all the pain was gone. I am so thankful for Jamie And the staff there.”

“The room was not as big as I thought it was going to be ( presidential suite) but it is nice. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. I was very impressed with his service, something I feel is lacking in today's hospitality industry. The pool was closed due to Covid,but they were at least serving a grab and go breakfast. The price was really good for the quality of the room, so definantly a good bang for the buck. Add the great guest service and it can't be beat and I most certainly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers.”

“Cheap rates. I paid $60 even for a king size room, and it was worth it, compared to the four or five other motels on this block. Much cleaner, everything worked, comfy bed, and safe and well lit. Ice machine and vending machines work, cheap laundry on site, nice sized clean pool. April, the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and just had a great attitude and personality! Great option for weekly stays as well!”

“The accommodations have a WOW factor! It's tastefully decorated and the layout gives you ample space. Samantha's decorating talent is evident. The personal theater was a great unexpected bonus. The freedom to come and go as we please without going through the main house and disturbing Samantha and Shane was appreciated. Having traveled extensively, we enjoyed our morning conversations with Samantha and sharing travel experiences and recommendations. In addition to traveling, we also found that we shared the love of cooking. It truly was a home away from home.”

“I've rented here for 4 years. It's a small, quiet, and well-kept park. Office is not in the park, but is very close. Great maintenance response times with very professional maintenance staff. Downside: rent does keep going up every year, but that's pretty standard with any park. If you're looking for a park, this is definitely one to consider.”
