The front desk staff were professional, friendly, always called me by name and were very accommodating if I needed something or when I had to change my schedule. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not being served due to COVID-19 but there was always coffee and juice available. The rooms are quiet and I never heard noise from other rooms. It is also situated near numerous restaurants, and a walmart. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.”

“We really enjoyed our week-long stay here, the staff is actually trying hard to keep everything clean, unlike other places who say they're cleaning regularly but don't. The staff was very helpful, the hot to go breakfasts were great, are there is only one open entrance to the building and is being monitored constantly. The lobby elevators common areas and our room were clean, the rooms are all Suites and are laid out great, comfortable bed as well as a nice office area and nice bathroom, TV was good too. Small negatives, the tile on the floor in our bathroom was loose and the grout was coming out, and one time due to a misunderstanding the cleaning lady came in the room to leave towels when we asked her to leave them outside the door, and there were slight small stains on the couch.”

“New ~ 30' parking concrete pads, patio and picnic tables with water and electric for $22. Some sites have sewer too. Ballahack road from hwy 17 for 7 miles was not pleasant because it had some low trees (we're 13.5' high), numerous large trucks and it didn't have a shoulder. After turning onto Relay Rd, pull into parking lot on left a block before gate to check in after 11am. Gate security had to move the barriers so we could drive straight.”

I have NEVER been to any hotel, motel anywhere and I can honestly say that the entire staff was amazing. Ms. Crystal the hotel main management she has a heart ❤️ of gold. She really does try to work with you help when you are in need of help she is there for you. Good management makes a great staff and that's why she has the great staff that she does. Ms. Ashley has the same big heart that Ms. Crystal does she makes sure each and every customer has an good experience walking through the door. Then you have Ms. Yolanda, Deborah, Vicky they by g do an awesome job at making sure your needs are meet. Then even the cleaning staff stays on point all the time Ms. Sherri and the others I can't remember there names but they keep up your room keep you good on towels linen everything. If you need somewhere to call home this is my number 1 choice every time!!!! Thanks so much ladies for your help with my family...Thanks also to the Janitorial men there without them being on point with there work other mishaps would not run as smoothly as it does without them. Thanks to them also.”
