It was our fault, obviously, but Juan, the employee there, asked if I had five minutes to wait so he could make everything fresh for me! I didn’t even ask him to re make it and the thought never crossed my mind because it was my problem not Little Caesars. He showed me my order and said he couldn’t send us home with that because it wasn’t hot and fresh pizza anymore. I couldn’t believe it! He went above and way beyond to make the customer feel valued and wanted! It was completely our fault and yet Jaun cared so much about the quality of what they are sending home with their customers that he made it fresh! I have begun coming here more and more because of their customer service!”

My wife has some weird thing against "toasted subs" and she had a seafood grinder and said she's a believer now. These grinders are NOT subs by the way. Comparing these awesome grinders to subs is like comparing a Porsche to a '76 pinto. Yeah They're both technically cars, but not in the same league. The chicken and fries for kids is a pretty good deal (and was well received). Enchiladas were delicious. I ordered salsa and chips and wished more salsa had come with the chips, but they were delightful nonetheless. I'm a big fan of refried beans and rice, and they did not disappoint here. Will have to come back and try the restaurant itself next time.”

“Perfect place to eat outside with kids. We were with our friends for an after playdate dinner. We placed our orders and paid inside. They served our food outside. I had the arugula salad which was fresh and delicious and my daughter wanted a meatball sub but it was a meatball on a ciabatta bread which I thought was good but she wanted more of an authentic sub with Italian bread. The kids shared pizza, the meatball sandwich, and chicken fingers. Our friends had the beet salad, and eggplant sandwich which looked great. Everything was good and was nice to eat outside. The kids loved dancing to the music while eating. Would go back here again. If I could give it 4.5 out of 5, I would.”

I was highly impressed with how nice the staff were and I think the one guy who was the owner was super genuine as well. I got a pizza with linguica and it was absolutely outstanding.
