“Tbh, I've only eaten here once, but it was good all around. I enjoy the variety here first off. The pizza wasn't soggy and floppy, nor was it burnt to a crisp. I also had wings, just regular hot flavor, but they were cooked nicely as well. They tasted as I feel that flavor should taste and had the right amount of sauce. They weren't soggy and weren't bare. All in all, a very good experience here. When I want pizza next, I'm ordering Tumby's.”

Seems to really favor online ordering instead of calling in, which I prefer generally, but the online system is pretty solid for a smaller chain compared to the likes of heavyweights like Dominoes in that online ordering arena. There are better options around when you want really good pizza but this store is a good option for kids or if you want something easy.”

“I am a school administrator and I ordered a pizza for a student for meeting her goals. The address I used had a wrong number in it. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address! I called Jonathan, who took the order, the next day and explained the situation to him. he took information and gave the family an $8 credit so the student could get their pizza! I was so thankful because I made the mistake, but he still helped this student by providing the credit. Thank you, Jonathan! But after taking a couple bites I realized that despite the lack of sauce the pizza was still delicious. “I called this store yesterday after I spilled my smoothie everywhere at work seeing if there was some way I could replace it here. I let the manager know that I was by myself all day at work and that smoothie was my breakfast. He was very kind and said it was okay to come grab a new one. I showed him the photo of the accident and my bank charge to make sure he knew I wasn't lying or trying to get a free drink or anything. The store was really clean and fully stocked. I found out that this was also owned by the same owner as the other smoothie king I went to which was really cool. We chatted for awhile after I got my drink about the franchise itself and another restaurant in the same plaza switching from franchise to corporate. He was really nice and I super appreciate his customer service skills he showed.”
