“We've ordered Pizza Hut several time's in the last year that we've moved back to London and quite honestly it's been awful, but I'm thankful we were willing to try again because the pizza we got last night and the bread sticks might just have been the best we've ever gotten from the franchise. It was not only picture perfect but the tastiest as well! In a year and a half it's the first time we were able to get bread sticks, which we love and they were made and cooked to perfection as well. Only complaint was that we ordered extra marinara sauce for bread sticks and we didn't get the extra's. I don't know what they've done to improve the quality and overall experience at this London location but I sincerely hope it continues. I know we'll become more frequent patrons if this quality continues.”

“I’ve always had a great experience here. I know during covid and the lack of employees places have been experiencing recently has created a bit of a challenge for this store. I know when the delivery time is long on the website it will take a while before I can get my food. Obviously it’s just common sense not to order if I’m not willing to wait that long or longer. The drivers are always so polite and I know they drive as fast as they safely can in order to get the house. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my order I call & comply with whatever the policy is. 99% of the time they will fix a reasonable mistake that all humans make. I think it’s easy to forget service workers are still just people trying to work & pay their bills and not our personal servants. Love this place!”

“Great customer service from Bobbie my waitress. I got a T-bone steak medium well, and was cooked perfectly. As well as the rest of my food. Fresh and hot! All the employees at this location are so welcoming and took great care of me, my waitress was taking care of another guest when I was getting ready to leave and the cook took the time to walk over to my table & grabbed my check & debit card to gave it to the waitress to help the both of us.
