They were awesome during the sales and rental processes, but I had to call several times and leave a couple of messages to get a call back to cancel when it was time to move out. Then we got billed and our card charged another month after cancellation. I called to ask for the refund, but it takes 2-3 weeks and they mail a check. I really wish that they could just refund my card sooner than that. I have a feeling I'll need to call back when I don't have a check in three weeks just because that's how these things usually go...”
