“Big Boys Moving provided the best service than ANY other moving company had before. The movers did a fantastic job with moving my things safely and productively. I thought my move was going to take 5 hours or more, and it only took 3! They moved my home office, my master bedroom, and a few other rooms. Big boys is no joke, they were very respectful to me. As opposed to the last moving company I went with, the other moving company said an insult to me. These guys are fast and are professional. They made moving to my new town stress free. They gave me a window for arrival and managed to get to my home before they told me they would be here. The movers also were awesome with getting some of my items into my storage unit. They also packed all my items in the truck very neatly so they were able to fit in all in one truck. All of the items were put exactly where I needed them placed by the movers. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again for the great service!”

“We relocated from Charlotte, NC to near Tampa, FL with only 3 weeks notice. Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload. Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!”

I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate my request between their appointments on the same day. They were able to move my baby grand from upstairs to downstairs although they had to change their original plan. They were super professional and accommodating. “I had a great experience with North Main Storage they were all very nice and friend and got courtesy calls so I wouldn't be late and have to pay over charges. They were just very helpful and very nice about everything and I locked my gate open a few times and they would put a lock on it just to make sure nothing would be stolen. Call me up and let me know and then unlock it when I got there which I thought was really great if I ever have to have storage again I am most definitely gonna go to North Main storage price was good. I had a huge locker indoors. Easy to get to just a real great experience Whenever the staff is an excellent group of people, then you know you're in good hands with the rest of the place”
