“When I first heard that the company required payment on the credit card UP FRONT, before the move I was crazy. Who asks for all the money before the job is even started????? Apparently, that is the policy of this company. But when the guys did show up they worked FAST, they were careful with everything they moved, they wrapped everything well, they were kind, considerate, they moved furniture as needed for set up, they put everything together, they were amazing. In all my years of being in an industry that requires moving I have never worked with a better group of people. Kathy B. was so patient with me in explaining the payment policy and after determining the final cost of the move, CREDITED BACK MY DAUGHTER'S ACCOUNT for some $400 that was not needed for the job. WHO DOES THAT??? I will be referring everyone who moves in and out of my community where I rent apartments to use this team. They are the epidemy of TRUST.”
