“I rarely write reviews about used services, but with regard to these studio city movers, I cannot share the experience of the appeal. I’ve used Major Moving Company two days ago and must commend them on an extremely pleasant experience. The crew of movers was needed when my family decided to sell the house and move to the new and biggest one in the neighboring area – Canoga Park. The question was not about a long way to the destination, it is located only in half-an-hour out of Studio City (our place of residence) as about safely and timely executed moving. Why I mentioned exactly these aspects you’ll ask… First of all, like any person, I wanted my stuff to be relocated in one piece. Besides, everyone at least once faced or heard that there are movers who are working very slowly, faffing around, and then deliver you a bill with a huge amount in it, and more than that most of the times with higher sum than they said at first. There is nothing like that in this studio city moving company! The movers were punctual, respectful, and completed the task within 3.5 hours. Everything was done quickly, clearly, and with no hidden prices. Only companies like this one will become successful. I recommend everyone to move with the studio city movers. Also, I’d like to say thanks to Diana, who is the manager of this studio city moving company’s office. Thank you for the quick response and for the responsive team. “We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!”

“The communication could have been better. My delivery was pushed back twice, both times we received the call that "they weren't going to make it today" after the delivery window. We should have been notified before the window or at least during the window so we weren't taking time off work for nothing. Ultimately the delivery guys did a good job when they got there. I was nervous they weren't going to be any good by reading the other reviews but they did a good job.”

“When finding out we were gettting Coleman Movers, I of course looked at reviews and they weren’t good. However, they showed up a week before the move to take a look at everything. They called before hand to let me know when they would arrive. Same for the day of moving and they arrived on time. They packed up my house fast and efficiently. They were also super friendly and were in good moods. I’d hire them again!”

“Our home flooded and all contents had to be catalogued, removed, stored, returned and put back as found. This company and the folks with whom I worked were EXCELLENT. Andrew was the coordinator of all efforts and Dion and one other person were the 'on the ground' supervisors. The packing took all day and into the night and Dion was calling me periodically to let me know progress and also to ask questions if there were particular concerns. The entire process was professional and interactive and I felt very comfortable with their care of our property even if we weren't present. My trust was placed well - because they took very good care of everything they handled. I recommend them HIGHLY!”
