Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.”
