“The facility was very clean every time we visited. There are roller carts readily available when we needed them and they really did come in handy to help move our stuff to the unit. You have a code that has to be entered each time to open the door making me feel very safe and my stuff secure. The employees were always kind and very helpful. If you let them know you are moving a lot in or out they will have the doors held open so you don’t have to keep putting in your code. All in all the unit was clean and nice and i will Recommend Cool Storage America to everyone!”

“Driver Joseph (I think was his name) was wonderful. He was professional and friendly and I wish all drivers were so great! We had an issue with our delivery, and with no hesitation, he called his dispatch person to get the ball rolling on a clam. We took possession of the product to see if we could still use it even though it looked like it might be damaged by the box. Turns out they were fine, buy the claims company for Saia even followed up to make sure we had what we needed.”

“The paved trail is very short. I went around 3 times, just to feel like I got a good walk. Next time I will park near the entrance and walk in from there. There covered picnic tables throughout, bathrooms and waste cans. Each waste can around the trail has dog poop bags. Dog poo appears to be an issue from what I saw, so try to pick up your pets waste to help out the preserve staff. There is a nice lookout area at the back side of the trail overlooking a creek. The interpretive signage is very simple. The wetlands are very pretty even in January.”
