They replaced all the rail boards, vigorously cleaned all the wood (much work), replaced some warped and/or rotten floor boards, sanded the wood, pounded down loose nails and/or applied screws as needed, and applied new stain (with a color of our choice). After many years our deck had greatly deteriorated. However, after Charlie and his crew did their magic, our deck now looks like a new deck. We could not be happier.
