“Theres an older AA gentleman maybe named Charles who works nights who is always so helpful and kind. I live in the area, which is a really bad part of town. It's very rare you get good customer service around here, but him always being so friendly and polite is really appreciated. The store would seriously be lacking if he were to ever leave and I dont think I would even bother stopping in if he weren't there.”
