“I have to give credit where credit is due, and I happed to be in the pharmacy today so it's the perfect time. I had run into a very serious problem with the previous pharmacy that zi was associated with, and I was unfortunately out if the area and unable to deal with the problem in person. The e previous pharmacy is one of the big box pharmacies in the country. For the excuse of Covid, they all-of-the-sudden stopped providing delivery service for medications. I had been relying on the is delivery service for years, and without much if a real explanation I was told by the pharmacist that this option was no longer available to me. It irks me how so many establishments still use Covid as an excuse for the reasons why they suck! The medication that I needed was vital for me to continue to live, and I was sort-of stressed by the fact that this big box pharmacy that starts with a "C" just didn't want to send me my meds. Finally after getting nowhere with my insurance company, I called this pharmacy. Ed who is the Pharmacy Manager here quickly and efficiently resolved the situation for me. He was able to transfer all of my information to this pharmacy and then have the medication mailed to me. The entire process turned out to be way more helpful than I had ever imagined. Thanks Ed and this pharmacy!”

I appreciate the time I save from sorting all my meds into a daily container AND know they are packaged correctly. When I packed for a trip a couple weeks ago, I simply pulled out the four days that I needed and was ready to go. “I worked her for 4 years and only left after I felt as if I hit a the glass ceiling. I loved the management team here! Mr. Otis, Shawn, Lance, and Christian were awesome! I could openly talk to them about any issues that I had. I never felt overlooked by this team. It is a closed door facility so people use to be preety tight knit. I didn't like the point system but was never in trouble because of it (had to run to the clock a few times though). I hated when they implemented hourly quotas. Im 5'1 and chunky so high shelves and fast pace was not for me. I ended up switching positions and loved inventory even more. I would definitely go back in the future if I moved back to Houston and a position I wanted was available. Also if you fail a drug test a 99% of places if not 100%, you can appeal the result and retest. I once had a faulty test mark me positive in EVERY CATAGORY. I retested knowing it was a false positive. Make sure you read your results because errors can happen.”
