Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule.
