“A relative has been here for over a month, following multiple ER visits. I will admit to being a little worried upon reading some of the negative reviews included here. That said, I have had only a positive experience, and my relative is getting excellent care. The staff is professional, receptive, and very helpful. While I am sorry to read of others' negative experiences, the place they describe is one I don't recognize. My relative is getting great physical therapy, kind assistance with bathing and other bathroom needs, and seems very happy. Sending a relative to this kind of facility is never a joy, hence the 4 stars, but, for a care/rehab/sub acute facility, this place is run wonderfully well!”
