“This is the second time I’ve worked with Colby and he is the best. My orthopedist had sent me to a different PT in Frisco and I didn’t get the level of care or expertise, and my injury was only getting worse with my PT. I was just a number there as they tried to schedule as many patients as they could at once. I switched back to Achieve PT because they are so much more knowledgeable and come up with great modifications to exercises. They spend time working with you and discussing how you are doing, versus the other place where a PT tech did all your treatment after your initial evaluation and you get *maybe 2-3 minutes with the PT at the end. Bonus - They also have really nice office staff, techs and interns, good music playlists and a nice clean facility. Even my massage therapist is sending people to them after she’s seen what a great job they’ve done not once, but twice. Highly recommended!”

“I've been treated for a lower back problem and now the shoulder. I love coming here because I know the staff care about the clients and encourage us to always do better. The exercises I was given for the lower back are still working over a year later. A SHOUT OUT to Leslie, who is an excellent therapist. Shoulder surgery was exactly 3 months ago and I'm finally not feeling any pain. The stretch techniques Leslie and Angela use are a bit painful but have helped the recovery. I couldn't recommend anywhere else to get better care. I lucked out when I first called Proactive and told them what I needed, they directed me right to Leslie, even though she was at a different location. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is a good place to be. Very professional yet a cheery place to visit!”

“I had a knee replacement in early 2022 and went to Precision for PT because my husband had used Precision following 2 separate surgeries and talked about Eric and his entire staff as though they were family. I had worked with a different PT practice prior to 2022 and I certainly didn't get the same vibe that he described. There are so many different areas of the Precision practice that I can endorse and recommend to anyone needing/wanting an outstanding physical therapy practice but I'll just mention one: It is clear to me that Eric has an extraordinary grasp of the human body and what is needed for each healing to take place and that he has surrounded himself with talented therapists and assistants. For that I am grateful. However, while we may expect excellent medical care when we choose Precision, we also get a group of people who have incredible character.
