She was open and welcoming and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Kathy was gentle, supportive and worked with me every time I came in. She had Devon, Megan and Victor as techs and all were attentive and helped her complete the therapy on my hand. Last week there were three of us patients and we laughed and really had a fun time all the while working and getting better.
