There was a inconvenience but it was figured out in a quick moment. I wasn’t called that my appointment was rescheduled with my psychiatrist. And I drove an hour for that day. Like I said it was fixed I waited till 2pm. Lucky for me I could go to sleep since I just had gotten out of work at 6am and my original appointment was at 9am. “Upon walking into the facility I've notice how nice, clean and well organized everything looked. Lincoln Crawford also doing temperature checks and mask requirements which is good to see the extra precautions. The staff is very professional and helped me with getting my brother settled into his room. I did witness a couple of staff members handling a patient and they showed how much care is needed and also to meet the needs of the patient. They displayed professionalism and it was nice to witness such care from the staff. I will continue to visit my brother and knowing he's in good care is a blessing. W.G.”
