“I highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy for whatever for PT needs you may have. As someone living with chronic illness, PT has become an integral part of my treatment plan. I have tried other physical therapists in the past and have now found the best. Lauren at the Anthem location is as caring and compassionate as they come, and has the knowledge and experience to tailor the sessions to your specific and individual needs. She takes a vested interest in your improvement or recovery and I know I can rely on her encouraging and hopeful energy to get me through the tough parts. You are not just a number here! All of the staff cares, learns your name, checks on you and even go out of there way to learn your preferences or quirks to make you as comfortable as possible. Synergy is hands down the cleanest PT office I have used and the equipment is top of the line and varied. If individual attention and a family like feel is what your looking for, you've found it at Synergy.”

“This place has transformed my mind and body in the past 3 years. I've been to a lot of gyms and have yet to find the quality of people and sense of community that exists at Excel. It's a place I look forward to going each day.”

“I was referred to Physical Therapy for cervical issues, tingling, and numbing sensations in the head. Before the treatment, I was nervous, anxious and uncomfortable with the different level of pains I was feeling. The therapist that helped me was Joe. After a couple of sessions, I have noticed a big improvement, changed in my condition. Pain has lessened and numbing and tingling has highly reduced. I feel confident of feeling better and pain free in due season. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who experiences similar situations.”

“I found IFS after a car accident in April of 2018. My first visit was to see a physical therapist that has an office in their facility. I have been seeing him for the last 6 months. Each time that I have walked into IFS everyone seems genuinely happy to see me. When I have bad days they genuinely seem sympathetic. Not being a member of IFS the staff could just as easily not cared about me but instead I feel as though they care about me as much as anyone else there. If I lived closer I would definitely join IFS and may still anyway. I have been a member of many gyms in my life and have found that many of them lack energy and honestly have a negative feel to them. NOT AT IFS. when you walk in the door you can tell something is different. Everyone is happy to be there. The staff are amazingly loving people who really care. If they didn't they would give me "a non member" a second glance. I love this place and only wish it were closer to my home”

“The team at ATI/Oak Hill are great! Ashley is warm & friendly. Tony, my therapist is wonderful! From my first day, he calmed my nerves and we got to work.Tony is very good at showing me the exercises I needed to do there & at home. Tony made sure to explain the reasons & benefits of each exercise. I never felt rushed. I went in with about 30% range of motion & left with about 80%. Thank you Tony! I still do my home exercises. ATI/Oak Hill, is a friendly, comfortable & nice facility. If I ever need to seek physical therapy again, I know right where to go!”

“JUST DO IT!!! TL; DR: Southeastern Physical Therapy is a great place for your physical therapy needs. I needed a sports medicine type therapist and found a great one in Dr. Heather Yatsko (Ferry). From the staff at the front desk to the PT staff you work with, they are all fantastic. They offered me a more flexible payment schedule if I needed, and more importantly, to me, they took their time to work with you (me about 2 hours) unlike other in-and-out (about an hour) PT offices. As stated above, I think SPT is great, but here’s a little backstory leading up to arriving here for my recovery. I injured my shoulder last year (2019) in September, and went to a different physical therapy business that didn't suit my needs. I went for about 1.5 - 2 months before getting an MRI. The results showed micro tearing in my shoulder and led me to try a STEM cell injection instead of surgery as part of my recovery. From there I took it easy as instructed and waited about 6 months before seeking another therapist. Being fairly active I searched for a therapist that had sports medicine therapy skills, and Dr. Heather Yatsko (Ferry) fit the bill. This is where the review really starts. I went to my first appointment for an evaluation of my shoulder and immediately knew this would be different than at my previous therapist. I met with Heather, who I think is the lead therapist and as well as director, and she asked about what happened, when it happened, took measurements, and even had me go through various movements (planks and such) to gauge my starting level. By the end of the evaluation she asked what my goals were and made note of them. I was impressed and felt like this would be a better experience. From that moment onward Heather developed a plan for me that incorporated not only more traditional movements and exercises that a majority of shoulder recovery patients would use, but she also incorporated more specialized movements tailored to my situation and goals. That was the coolest part of my recovery! Heather customized my recovery program. It's such a breath of fresh air to see a PT be passionate about her patients and their recovery. There were occasions where she made up some movements on the fly and told me about her searchings the night prior and wanting me to try them. I was always up for the challenge of trying new moves to better my chances of recovery. The best way to get this treatment though is to have open and honest communication with her and the other assistants and therapist. This part is pretty easy because everyone there is easy to talk to, get to know, and joke around with. They're great people. My favorite part of my recovery at SPT was that they didn't rush you in and out. When you're there, they let you take your time to get through your exercises. In my case I'd be there for about 2 hours. That's longer than any other business I've been to prior. They truly care about you getting better and in order to do so they let you work through your program. Overall, Heather is FANTASTIC to work with because she cares! You can see that in her work ethic while you're there. She wears many hats while at SPT, but she makes the effort for everyone. She's a valuable asset to SPT and especially to any patient who has the chance to work with her. Because of her attitude and work ethic I saw it trickle down to the other employees and ended up having a great experience with everyone there. If you've made it through this long winded review then you're taking your search seriously and wanting quality care. I promise you that you will get it here at SPT with Heather and her co-workers.”
