“Fantastic place! The facility itself is beautiful and airy with lots of natural light (which is super important to me for morale/mental health). Get this- I've even seen a dog there once. Like, playing outside. Everyone here is kind, attentive, and seem to work in sync with one another. Their equipment is of nice quality (I wouldn't know much because I don't play sports or work out a bunch but it all seems well maintained and clean!). As a larger-bodied person I'm always a bit nervous of doing things that center around my body but I'm not made to feel lesser-than by anyone and I don't feel like a spectacle- The therapists here are kind to me and respect my limits but work to push them so I can get back on my feet (like, I broke my ankle... so... it's a bit literal). I appreciate all of their help and kindness- Being in a position where you can help someone regain a part of themself is such a special job to be in. You can tell these people take that seriously. :)”

My Cypress physical therapist has done a fabulous job preparing me for an expedition that will entail extensive walking on uneven ground and walking up and down uneven steps and small boulders. Her instructions are specific, detailed, and attentive to my strengths and weaknesses. She demonstrates what I should do to ensure safety, particularly important as I have a total knee replacement and am 70+! On top of that, her manner is warm, caring, and patient. “Glyniss is fantastic. If you want to get well go see Glyniss. She is one of the best therapists I have ever encountered. She is so knowledgeable about the body and what it takes to help it heal. Also, she is so very personable and she cares about her clients. The first time I met Glyniss, I had just had knee replacement surgery and didn’t have any info about what I should be doing. Glyniss started rubbing my leg and all of the nerves started firing. I told her I was doing all I could do not to hit her. She laughed and said “go ahead it’s been done before”. Of course I didn’t and over time it got better. She got me to walking without any aid or a limp. Although I am no longer a client I consider her a friend. Her staff echoes her dedication and personality. You definitely can’t go wrong with Glyniss!”
