They really know what they are doing they are so gentle and considerate of your pain level and they help to make sure you are comfortable. The front receptionist are always smiling and sweet. Even Olga who usually always tends to patients on the phone is always so friendly and that's what I appreciate. The whole environment is very welcoming. “Last week I visited BROC’s Bluebonnet location for treatment on my arm. The overall experience was incredible, given the circumstances. Their Covid protocols made me feel extremely comfortable. Prior to going in the waiting room they did a quick evaluation and checked my temperature. I had arrived early thinking lines would be longer, however, the process was very smooth and efficient and all of the proper safety cleaning / distancing protocols were clearly in play. All of the BROC staff and physicians were wearing masks. My appointment was with Dr. Etheridge and everyone on his staff was great. Couldn’t recommend BROC more. In a few hours following my appointment I was already feeling relief.”

“This was my first time participating in physical therapy and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was in a car accident in August and worked with the team at Cora Westside until March. It was a long journey, and I put in the work and am proud to say I'm doing much better then when I first walked in the door. The team listened to me and met me where I was at everyday. I had good day and bad days, but the team was willing to make accommodations. They showed their support when I was having struggles in my personal life, and their goal was to see me functioning and healthy. I'm going to miss working with this team. We laughed together and made it through the pain. I also listened to how the team spoke to each other. They kept detailed notes, asked each other for help, and I believe there is genuine respect in the work place. The receptionists Jenny and Jordan were also great, they always welcomed me in the door by name and with a smile. They were on top of the paperwork, and helped me with my questions. Overall, i would recommend this clinic to those who are ready to tackle their goals!”
