“I've been working with Ozzie for just under 2 months now for tightness, aches, and lack of mobility in my both of my hips, upper gluts and lower back. I am a commercial fisherman in Alaska and my body was broken after fulfilling a contract at the end of the summer, I could barely walk and was having trouble sleeping because of the pain. Working in my condition wasn't possible. My expectations were high and were exceeded by Ozzie's knowledge of the condition my body was. In the short time I saw Ozzie were were able to increase the mobility in my lower and upper body using his soft tissue techniques as well as the static stretches. I was also able to strengthen the muscles that weren't "firing" because of my lifestyle and lack of alignment by doing the corrective exercises on a daily basis. In a single session I was already standing more erect and had greater range of motion in my pelvic area. Not only did we work on my painful lower body, but we also were able to improve the health of my shoulders which had slowly begun to curl forward due to years of playing collegiate lacrosse, triathlon, crossfit and surfing. I write this with a commercial fishing contract approaching within 5 days in the Bering Sea of Alaska. Whereas before I was panicking due to my crippled body and imminent injury out on deck, I am now 100% pain free and stronger then ever before thanks to Ozzie. Highly recommend!!
