“I have been receiving excellent physical therapy at the Southcross location following two surgeries on my ankle in 2018, the second of which was a total ankle replacement. The Director, Scott, Laura, Caleb and other staff therapists, and Veronica and all of the other front staff are absolutely top notch. They are very professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely focused on maximizing my recovery. The facility and all equipment are excellent and always clean, well-kept, and well-organized. The atmosphere is always very relaxed, comfortable, and friendly. “Friendly caring staff, from the CNA's, dining and nursing these individuals demonstrate the meaning of care. Brandy is a great example of caring. Recently I had to visit early one morning, as she was leaving from her shift she told me she had worked with my loved one and noticed a couple of items they were in need of, I happened to be stopping to take those items. She was very helpful and went back to my loved ones room to make sure they would be ready when it was time for breakfast.
