“11 days before my daughter first dance competition of the season she sprained her ankle while in tumbling class. She laid there in pain with tears in her eyes in fear of not being able to dance. After taking her immediately to urgent care she ended up in a boot and on crutches. We were told 2-3 weeks minimum before any type of activity.
