“We had a "septic emergency." Over the course of a week and a half, I had contacted three different services. While waiting for two other people to show up, the septic system just stopped working. On a Sunday. Septic emergency had turned into a septic meltdown. I found Setters on Google. Even though they're about 30 miles away, I called them on a Sunday night and left a message on the machine. Within an hour, they returned the call. By Monday, they had fixed the meltdown. They came back on Tuesday to do some work that admittedly was done incorrectly when the house was built 30 years ago. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. Brent was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and he didn't leave until we were up and running. “Robert did a great job fixing our broken washer drain line which required jackhammering the foundation. He gave us two separate quotes, with one adding a descale and hydro jet of the rest of the existing cast iron pipes(which we chose to do), and he exceeded our expectations in every way, including price, even though after starting he discovered the concrete was twice as thick as the standard. He still finished on time and even sent pictures of before and after cleaning the pipes. Very happy and will definitely recommend and use them in the future!”
