I then requested a follow-up visit to install a hot water heater that I already had in stock (was replacing proactively) and they not only installed it to code (added cold side cutoff), they re-routed some pipes that were originally installed incorrectly as well as replaced 3 valves in other areas of the house that we identified as faulty along the way. “My water heater tank burst and my basement was filled with 3 inches of water (see image). I called Intact and within 15(!) minutes from my call Shay from intact was on premise. It was Friday at 5 PM the end of the day - he could’ve easily not pick up however he did. He checked the pipes to make sure it is indeed the hot water boiler and not something else and after analyzing the situation he explained to me my options and gave me a quote. He then rushed to the supply store that was about to close at 5:30 to get a new water heater. By 7 PM the new water heater was installed and not only that he also brought a special vacuum to help get all the water from the floor - which saved us hours and hours of collecting water from the basement floor. When the job was done he sent me the photo fir my records. I could not be happier with the service and I would strongly recommend these guys.”

“Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builder's contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earl's Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justin's services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! “We had a leak in our main water pipe and toilet shut off valve. Called Polite Plumber and they had someone out next day. They said between 11-1 and he was there right at 11. He even found an error the town did when they installed a new meter. Once they came to actually do the repair both guys were also on time and were done a little over an hour later.
