“I would highly recommend Utility and Septic Solutions for any plumbing work. We were having problems with the line to our septic tank. Ty gave us some recommendations to try first that were inexpensive (in the realm of home repairs). Unfortunately, he discovered that the line was clay tile and it had broken and separated before reaching the septic tank. He was able to come out within a week of our call to schedule the work and showed up right on time. We currently live in Wisconsin and could not be there for the repair, so trust and confidence in who we hired were essential. He sent us many photos of the repair process with our invoice, which was much appreciated. We could easily see what the problem was and how it was fixed. He even fixed an unforeseen problem he discovered and only charged us for the parts. I will call him again in a heartbeat for any other plumbing problems we have.”

I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent. I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day.
