“I don’t know how this company has 2 bad reviews. I have been using James Smith Handyman for the past 3 years and they continue to be the best in the area. Jim was just at my house last week to install 2 toilets, a garbage disposal and changing my baths tub drain. I spoke with Tracy and Danielle who help me arrange my installations. When my appointment was booked, I got a text message confirming the appointment and when Jim was on the way, Thought that was pretty cool. When Jim was here, he did not stop, super friendly and professional. He actually had me out of breath when I watched him work and go back and forth lol. The prices are great even with everything going up! I feel Jim and the entire team need recognition for the work that they do and how they do it. “Very happy so far with this company (may be hiring them for repair and will update once that is completed). I had a sewage backup that another company "fixed" by rodding for 20 minutes. I knew it wasn't done right so I had Jeff come out and put a camera down the line. This revealed a major problem area close to my house. When it began backing up again within days, he came out and rodded the line. He worked for over 2 hours on short notice and broke through most of the clog (my trees are fierce!). He was very patient with my litany of questions and nice to my dog :) His price for rodding, even for as long as it took, was lower than the company that failed to clear my line.”
